Working by referral is a philosophy. It's a commitment to serving you, the client, before, during and after each and every transaction. Since trust can only be built when you are in a relationship, I am intentionally and constantly building trust between us. To build trust you must communicate character and competence. You MUST be true to your word, be honest and be consistent.
WHY WORK BY REFERRAL? Most business rely on customer satisfaction. With custumer satisfaction comes referrals! A career as a real estate professional is a business. My number one goal is your satisfaction. I not only want you as a repeat customer but I want you to refer your friends, co-workers, nieghbors and family to me! Therefore, for my business to grow I rely on your happiness and satisfaction with my work AND how i relate to you and meet your unique needs. I truly want to be your realtor for life!
WHAT IS A REFERRAL BASED BUSINESS? Most people spend the majority of their time, energy and resources prospecting for new clients - things like: cold calling strangers, door knocking, direct mail in mass quantities, etc. This is not done to people they know but the public in general in hopes that someone will respond. This is not only ineffective but costly and time consuming. Instead I choose to work by referral. This way I give my absolute attention to the people I know and work with. I do not randomly walk around neighborhoods looking for business nor will you see me knocking on doors of "for sale by owners". This does not mean that I don't want their business, but that I get a majority of my clients from referrals. I can then, better devote the time and energy you deserve to you!
HOW DOES A REFERRAL ONLY BUSINESS WORK? Quite simply, I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each and every transaction. All I ask is that you refer me to people of comparable quality to yourself. People, like you, who appreciate good old fashioned customer service. People who would appreciate the same level of attention that I give you!
On a monthly basis you will get my newsletter and client appreciation articles. i will periodically call you and send out note cards to see how you're doing.This is not to bother you, but rather to allow us to stay in touch, AND, of course, you can call me at any time to touch base or ask a question. I also stop by occassionally with a small token of my gratitude and to say thank you for being you!
