RELOCATING FROM THE EAST COAST

After planning our move from the East Coast to Arizona were we ever glad we meet Susan.  The best way to sum it all up is "Wow"...  Susan definitely went above and beyond the call of duty as our relocation real estate expert.  Susan made us both feel like she really cared and I am positive that she really does care about all her clients.  Moving to an area where we knew absolutely no one, Susan was always there when we needed her, for whatever reason, she was great in all aspects of dealing with the purchase of our new home.   I feel confident in recommending her services to anyone that is relocating a long distnace or just across town.   Susan was a big advocate of the area of Goodyear, AZ and we are glad we took her advice, we could not be happier with the area we chose and the projected growth.   Thank you  Susan for helping to make our transition easy and carefree.     Sincerely,       Virginia R

Hey Susan,

I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am to have a personal friend involved in such a life changing position…real estate.  When you come by my house or when you send a card just to let me know that you were thinking of our family really puts a smile on my face.  The people who I have referred to you also feel the same way.  We get on the phone and start chatting and somehow, we always end up talking about you.  I think it  is just the way you can relate to so many different people in a variety of ways.  Whenever there is an issue with any of the properties you have endless resources to revive any situation.  People buy a house  with the expectation of who their working with has their best interest at heart… I definitely feel that way about EVERYTHING YOU DO.  Susan, you demonstrate your expertise and knowledge as well as interpersonal skills daily. Yes, this is your business and I am your client, however you always treat me like we have been friends for 100years.    This is a rare quality that only few people, let alone real estate agents, possess.
